I just wanted to update you on the current situation regarding the current COVID 19 situation and your ongoing care. As you are aware following the UK Government’s recent announcements and also following professional guidelines, we had made the incredibly difficult decision to temporarily close the practice to personal visitors for a short while.

We will fully reopen as soon as it becomes safe to do so.

In the meantime, we have implemented a range of services to support you and keep you hearing as well as possible:

• Kerbside Drop Off/Collection & Pick Up Service for repairs and batteries
• Postal & Courier Delivery Service for repairs that require attention from the manufacturer
• Telephone Consultations
• Remote programming via the app
• Virtual Video Consultations and Support

We regret that as we are unable to provide any ‘face to face’ consultations at this time there can be no wax removal at present.
