Everyday lives can be improved again and again through careful, well-managed hearing care. As Audiologists, we understand that as people, we all connect with one another and this connection is integral to the moments we share. Being able to help our clients enjoy better hearing and share that experience with others is simply a pleasure
Jo and the team offer the very latest in hearing technology in a relaxed atmosphere to chat about your hearing journey over tea or coffee. Hear in Hagley, Hear in Wombourne and Rubery day centre are family owned and completely independent, offering bespoke solutions in dedicated hearing care clinics with quality surroundings.
The latest technology is available to all, with personalised, straight-forward yet sophisticated hearing solutions. Better hearing should be simple!

I decided to start Lifestyle Hearing Solutions after many years of working in both the NHS and for trusted, national retail hearing care providers. My belief is that the customer should always come first. My aim is to focus on each client as an individual, consider their unique lifestyle and the impact their hearing loss is having on, not only them, but their family and friends.

Helping people hear better really is at the heart of what I do and my aim is to not only improve the life of those in need of specialist and bespoke hearing care, but to also inspire other Audiologists to do the same.
Hearing is individual, and that’s exactly how all my clients will be treated – as individuals. It’s important as an Audiologist to remember that hearing loss not only affects that individual, but their close network around them.
The improvement of better hearing is not only an impact on our clients lives but the lives of those around them. Being a part of that is a wonderful and accomplished feeling. Being able to spend the right amount of time with my clients to truly understand and support their hearing needs is incredibly important to me and at Hear in Wombourne we are doing just that.

I feel so privileged to be part of the Hear in Family” especially having been given the chance to grow an up and coming clinic in Rubery.
I completed my FDSc at Aston University and have never looked back. I love helping change peoples worlds and enabling them to hear better, it is incredibly rewarding.
My priority is to ensure that every client I see gets first class customer service every time I see them and that they enjoy each and every visit.
Jo is the reason I began my audiology journey and to be working with her again to me is a great honour.

“So pleased to be part of the family at Hear in Hagley. My 22 years in a dedicated customer service environment along with a BSc in Health Science and Deaf Studies has provided me with the perfect foundation for an Ear Care Practitioner.
My role involves wax removal and the general advice and care of our clients ears. I love using the state of the art equipment and how I can really make a difference to how someone feels in such a short time. In my spare time I love to go on long walks or travel the world with my husband Richard.”

I am immensely proud to be a part of the ‘Hear in’ family at Hagley and Wombourne. I chose to pursue my career in hearing care as I have a strong passion for health, hearing and the care of others. In the future, I aspire to be as knowledgeable as my fellow colleagues and to hopefully make a big impact within the company’s goals and future plans. In my spare time I like to socialise with friends and family, along with keeping on top of fitness which involves both football and cricket.

“I now wake up every day with an excitement to be a key part of our team of independent, highly motivated experts such as Jo and Sophie, within Hear in Hagley and Hear in Wombourne. This means every second of my working life is dedicated to providing the highest quality hearing care for clients and also to core competency training (often through masterclasses), to other Audiologists and professionals who set themselves apart by avoiding any level of mediocre or average training offered outside of the Academy. The Academy, facilitated by my vast experience, is for professionals who want to learn, develop and excel and I have no doubt that it is the place for the friendly and clinically elite in our field of expertise to do just that.”

Hi, I’m Diane. Married with a daughter, I enjoy travel and singing in a local choir. With excellent customer service at the forefront, I’m excited to be part of the Hear in Hagley team. I am committed to ensuring all of our clients experience a warm and relaxed welcome at our clinic.

I have worked in the hearing care business for more than seven years. It was during this time that I first met Jo and it was always a privilege to work alongside her and benefit from all her experience and professionalism. I get great satisfaction from building good relationships by supporting and helping existing customers and advising new customers about the services we offer.
